Here is and excellent project to start our sculpture series. You might never have thought of Origami as sculpture but it is a very old and beautiful three dimensional art form. Sculptures have height, width and depth. They are three-dimensional. This sculpture is also a useful box in which to keep your little valuables or a pretty container for a present to someone you love.Scroll down

You will need a ruler for a straight edge, two color markers, a pencil, scissors, and two sheets of paper. If you don't have markers you can use anything to color or draw on your box.

First you will need to fold one of the pages so one of the short sides of the paper lays straight across one of the long sides. Then make a crease by pressing the fold flat.
